Our Personalised Coaching Program, available in-person or online, is designed to support you through every stage of pregnancy and postpartum recovery.

This tailored approach includes customised pre- or postnatal fitness plans, expert nutrition guidance, and app tracking to monitor your progress and keep you motivated.

Whether you're looking to build strength, improve core stability, or regain confidence after childbirth, we create a program that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. With ongoing support and expert coaching, you'll have everything you need to feel strong, energized, and empowered on your journey.

Each session is $110

Each session is approximately 60 minutes long.

Our sessions combine pre- and postnatal strength training and conditioning, designed to support and strengthen your body safely.

There will also be mobilisation and stretches during the warmup and cooldown.

Once signed up you will be given access to our App, which is powered by Everfit.

There you will find your tailored program.

If you choose in-person it will be at our Bondi Beach location.
