We've made it easier for mums to prioritise their fitness. We have an onsite crèche, giving you peace of mind while you train. Your little ones will be cared for by our nannies in a safe, fun environment, so you can focus on your workout.

Our Timetable

  • The classes are 40-minutes with a focus on strength and cardio. We offer a relaxed, flexible schedule where you can arrive anytime between 10:30 AM and 12:00 PM to complete your personalised program.

    You’ll follow your personalised program on the app Everfit.

    Our cardio sessions use bike ergs and ski ergs. Our Strength classes use a variety of weights, dumbells and barbells depending on your level.

    Designed for all fitness levels, these workouts let you train at your own pace while enjoying the motivation of a supportive community.

  • $79 per week + GST

    The crèche is an additional cost, where your baby will be cared for by one of our wonderful nannies.

  • You can purchase a 1, 5, or 10 pack!

  • Our crèche is open during every class, five days a week, and is run by experienced, qualified nannies. For just $15 per week (on top of your regular gym membership), you can access this service and enjoy your workouts knowing your little one is in safe hands.

    The crèche is a nut-free zone, and we kindly ask that you let us know about any allergies in advance.

    To help keep all children healthy, we ask that unwell babies stay home until they’re feeling better.

    If your baby becomes unsettled during your workout, we may ask you to step in. We're flexible, so feel free to modify your workout or even include your baby as part of it!

  • Each session is approximately 40 minutes, but you can pause and rest as needed!

  • Our sessions combine pre- and postnatal strength training, conditioning and pilates designed to support and strengthen your body safely.
